Rapper Sam Adams (Scammy Adams) Fakes Itunes Downloads | March 10, 2010

Boston Rapper, Sam Adams, who debuted on Itunes with his new song, that I don’t even know the name of, is supposedly picking up the tab for the 75,000 units moved.

He bought them himself with a Credit Card in his fathers name. Not exactly a good look after Boston found out that despite that song being, quote “Horrible”, he is also the only one who bought it.

His father’s credit card was use for 75,210 copies and he sold only 17 other copies. WOW!

Maybe this kid should just stick to the country club and use daddy’s credit card to buy bottles at the club.

  2. Thats funny, since Itunes released his download charts already and it showed THE COMPLETELY OPPOSITE OF THIS STORY!

So how is it that an artist goes number one and then all these FALSE rumors come out????

You ever think MAJORS are pissed he wants to stay INDY??? Or another artist who has already made it has decided to try and smear his name to get him off the charts!

You guys are rediculous. You should do your homework before making such false statements!

WHY DO YOU THINK THE OTHER BLOG SITES ARE TAKING DOWN THIS BS POSTING!!!!

  5. Haha, 17 other albums? I already know you have false information, seeing that almost everyone in my building at school bought the EP “Boston’s Boy” off itunes, and thats AT LEAST 150 people, and thats about half of my building, I’d feel bad to give fake info like you and say all 300 of us bought it, buts its probably closer to 300 than 150. Hop off the Wiz dick, your jealous.

  10. I just reported what was sent to me via email, go to the main page as we have adjusted, Sam Adams did what SRC is known for doing with Justin Bieber and Asher Roth, buying songs til it hits the top, then people buy it….

We have a lot of love for Sam Adams!

  12. this is total bs. how does someone spend 75,000 dollars on his own music? i could say maybe a few hundred bucks. but no one wastes that much money so he can hit the top.

he has over 1 million views on youtube. thats plenty of recognition.

the dude is dope, no question. especially since he’s takin a higher, less-thug, side to the hip hop game.

get off his nuts, research before you post. and you can avoid all the criticism.

  13. If this dude bought 75k of his own CDs, who cares? It got his name out there. I know for a fact that he didn’t do this. Besides, what is the difference between buying your own music to get your name out there AND having today’s top rap artists appear on your record? I mean, if I see a record that says “featuring Dr. Dre”, there is a good chance I am gonna buy it. Good example would be, do you think Timbaland would have gone Platinum hadn’t he had guests on every track? NO! Nobody would have bought that shit, he would have sold 400 copies. You people can talk all the shit you want about Sam Adams but dude is getting his and you are still an internet MC (and the MC part is questionable).
