The rocker — who recently announced he and his wife, model Elaine Irwin, are splitting up after 18 years of marriage — has reportedly hooked up with actress Meg Ryan!

John and Meg were seen arm-in-arm walking in TriBeCa in late October, and she has since been spotted backstage at dates on his tour.

“Meg has been to a couple of recent shows,” a source told New York Post gossip column Page Six.

After Eva’s rep Liza Anderson told X17online that reports of Tony Parker filing for divorce were “100% false” it appears as though the actress had something else planned or her publicist misinformed us, because this morning Eva filed for divorce at LA County Superior court, citing irreconcilable differences.

Eva is the petitioner on the 7-page document, and Us Weekly reports that Eva recently discovered that her husband of three years had been exchanging personal texts with a mutual female friend for nearly a year, and she was “heartbroken by the betrayal.”

The two met in November 2004, and after the San Antonio Spurs star popped the question in 2006, the duo wed in June of 2007 in a $1.5 million ceremony in Paris.

“They’ve committed a casting taboo,” an Academy member who works on Oscar campaigns told theWrap on Monday morning, after the announcement that James Franco and Anne Hathaway would host the February 27 show. “They’re wrong-headed on this one.”
Franco is an all-but-certain Best Actor nominee for his leading role in Danny Boyle’s “127 Hours,” while Hathaway is a longshot Best Actress contender for “Love and Other Drugs.”
If the choice is seen by Oscar voters as giving the Academy’s seal of approval to those two performers, and by extension their performances, it could bestow an edge to Franco and Hathaway in their races.

Rapper and MC Chris Webby now has another name to add to his name, snitch. The rapper from Connecticut, has always represented “the burbs”, but he might have proven he is burb kid even more after an incident last spring at Hofstra University.

After a failed robbery attempt on a campus drug dealer went wrong, the cops showed up and the “dealer” charged Webby and friends with robbery. The dealer, who wants to remain unnamed, didn’t attend court in the matter and Webby was sentenced to a probation.

His two partners got harsher time and probation. This lead many to believe that Webby was a “snitch”, and it was confirmed after the prosecution released documents last week stating that Webby worked with them.

The real kicker isn’t that Webby turned states evidence, or that he sold out his partners in crime. The real effects came after Webby went viral all over the internet stating that he had, “tried to rob a drug dealer”. This put the local campus police at Hofstra on alert, and the unnamed drug dealer’s house was raided.

This lead to 12 more arrests in drug related cases, while Chris Webby only gets probation.

Sacramento County Sheriff’s spokesman Sgt. Tim Curran said deputies responded to an incomplete 911 call from the 8100 block of Sunset Avenue at about 4:15 p.m., where they encountered Barnes and a woman “who lived with him and with whom he had a dating relationship.”

After speaking to Barnes and the woman, deputies determined that the two had been in a physical confrontation and Barnes had prevented the woman from talking to 911 operators. Curran said dispatchers heard the sound of a struggle in the background on the brief open line until it was disconnected.

Both parties had visible injuries but Barnes was determined to be the primary aggressor, Curran said.

Barnes is also charged with maliciously obstructing the use of a telephone line, Curran said. He posted a $50,000 bond and was released shortly before 9:40 p.m.

He is scheduled to appear in court Monday.
